Whether you are assembling vibrant Cream Gel DIY craft projects or painting your masterwork with our Paint-by-Numbers kits, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't quite right with your order, we are here to guide you through a smooth return and refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your parcel. To be eligible for a full return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unassembled state.

  • For Cream Gel DIY Kits, all gel tubes, tips, charms, and embellishments must remain unopened and sealed in their original protective packaging.

  • For Paint-by-Numbers Kits, the canvas must be unpainted, unrolled without deep creases, and all acrylic paint pots must remain sealed and unused.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened paint pots, used cream gels, or partially completed crafts.

  • Custom or personalized kits created specifically upon request.

  • Gift cards or promotional clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with return authorization and return instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit. Please send your return package to our designated returns facility:

Note: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Crafting supplies can occasionally face rough handling during transit. If your Cream Gel dried out before opening, paint pots leaked, or canvas arrived damaged, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos attached. We will promptly ship out a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned items arrive at our Australia facility and pass quality inspection:

  • We will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the transaction to reflect on your account.
